RACHEL BERGER
RACHEL BERGER is widely acknowledged as one of Australia's finest stand up comedians. Her material is political, psychological and socially conscious. It encompasses contemporary lifestyles, offering a hilarious and poignant expose of human foibles. Her dynamic presence and engagingly sharp observations have made her an extremely popular performer both live and on television, across Australia and overseas.WHAT THE PRESS SAY ABOUT RACHEL BERGER
"Berger, queen of stand-up satire and dominatrix extraordinaire of audiences." The Australian
"She is one of the sharpest comedians of either gender or hemisphere"
The List, Scotland
"An hour with the unique Berger is like driving on a hot, dark night with high beam lights coming straight at you. She's alluring, seductive and dazzling. Two hours could be dangerous."
The Canberra Times
"There are passive stand-ups and there are active ones. Berger is one of the latter ... but there's still a centre to the act too. She's sharing her observations with us rather than pounding out the gags."
Time Out, London
"An uninterrupted high-octane monologue, delivered at breathtaking speed… Elle Magazine, Britain

MADELEINE WEST
Playing the character Dionne Bliss, in Neighbours to an average of over a million viewers per night she has rapidly become a very well known face in some 60 countries, watched by over 120 million people every day. Madeleine has largely contributed to the huge popularity of a series, which has been a part of Australian television for over 17 years.
While Madeleine continues to appear on our screens each night as Dionne, she has still found time to work on another side of acting she is passionate about - comedy. She can be seen doing stand up at comedy venues all over Melbourne, while also participating in a weekly live improvisation show. There have also been regular guest appearances on national television including Rove Live and more recently Madeleine appeared as a panellist on hugely popular comedy talk show The Panel.
Currently in demand for live shows such as these, Madeleine shows no sign of slowing down. Music has always been a driving force in Madeleine's life. She began combining this with her love of song writing at an early age. 2003 will see Madeleine completing her debut album due out later in the year.. |

CHRIS BENNETT
Chris Bennett has been performing as a stand up comedian ever since he discovered his family was a captive audience.
Formerly working in the building trade his boss once told him that he was a class clown who would never grow up and that he was a distraction to everyone. After contemplating this, Chris thought, he had better do something about it and became a stand up comedian. He also realised that his boss was wrong to say those things and he didn't know anything about business anyway, he hasn't seen Mr Grollo since.
Professionally, Chris began working as a stand up comedian in 1993 and has performed all over Australia. He has entertained the widest variety of crowds from A.F.L football club functions to high profile corporate events. His television credits include several performances on live national television shows such as 'Hey Hey It's Saturday' and 'In Melbourne Tonight'. Recently Chris leaped into the commercial radio station Gold FM. He wrote for the breakfast show as well as performing on air segments. He also co-hosted a Saturday morning comedy show on Gold FM. Not only is he a seasoned performer going from strength to strength he is also very funny.

MICHAEL VEITCH
Best known for his character acting and radio voices, in particular on hit shows such as D-Generation and Fast Forward, Michael offers the rare opportunity to corporate clients to tailor his after dinner performance and appear as just about any type of character required. Obviously, Michael is extremely competent to perform a straight MC role (or comical) for the evening.

BRIGITTE DUCLOS
In April 1992 Brigitte took on the role of morning newsreader for Melbourne's Triple M radio breakfast show and with her fun sense of humour and natural 'chatty' personality she became part of The Richard Stubbs Breakfast Show team within four months.
Armed with her ferocious laugh and wit to match, Brigitte returned to the Ten Network in 1996 as host of "Monday to Friday", a national daytime show featuring interviews, information and entertainment.
After four years on The Richard Stubbs Breakfast Show, Brigitte in 1997 joined The Grill Team, sharing the microphone with Dermott Brereton and her former Channel Ten colleague Eddie McGuire. Brigitte quickly established herself as the strong, quick witted, lovable "lady" of the trio, not afraid to give her opinion and equally not afraid to joust with the boys.
During 1997 & 1998 Brigitte also reviewed movies on Channel 10's national Saturday morning show 'Video Hits".
Brigitte has established a successful career as a host and guest speaker at many business and entertainment functions and has been a regular columnist with the Herald Sun's Sunday Magazine.

TROY ELLIS
Troy Ellis is the perhaps best known as the third voice of Melbourne's top rating breakfast radio show, Tracy and Matt in the morning on Fox FM. . He's just finished his third year with Tracy and Matt, having previously worked drive and afternoons on his own, he's co-hosted mornings with Brigitte Duclos, as well as having co-hosted the hugely popular Pillowtalk radio shows with Dr Feelgood nationally for 4 years from 1995-1999. Troy currently remains presenting on breakfast radio, and anchors Fox FM's brand new breakfast show, Matt, Jo and Benno which commenced on the air in late November 2003. That show is set for big things! These days with his early starts, social life can get a little dull during the week, but that's the price you pay working the prestigious breakfast time-slot. He manages to get out on a Thursday night though hosting Powerball, aired nationally on the Seven Network, and it's consistently one of the week's most watched shows on television. In 2002, Troy joined a new travel show as a presenter on the Seven Network called Discover. Airing Sunday afternoons just before the news, he now takes us to some of the most beautiful parts of Victoria every week. The show has thousands of viewers and its audience has tripled since in first went to air. Troy also has a passion and a long history in hosting events. He's done everything from host intimate Sex and the City parties with Kristin Davis (Charlotte from Ch.9's Sex and the City) at The Prince Hotel in St Kilda, to hosting the in-store appearances for the hottest band or TV star-of-the-moment at major shopping centres, to presenting major national awards nights in front of thousands of people at Rod Laver Arena.
