He has worked with the who’s-who of the industry and has been booked for countless private and corporate functions. Tripod is an Australian musical comedy act, specialising in improv, parody and satire. As its name suggests, the band is a trio; it comprises Scod (Scott Edgar), Yon (Simon Hall) and Gatesy (Steven Gates). The trio cover a wide variety of performance styles, from soft ballads to hard rock, usually performing these songs with only the aid of Scod (and, at times, Gatesy) playing acoustic guitar.

As the Sandman, Stephen has performed on a number of different radio and TV programs, including ABC TV's The Fat with Tony Squires and his ABC radio serial The 21st; a radio serial called Sunstruck Guest House and Triple J's Breakfast with Adam and Wil. Sandy also co-hosted Triple J's breakfast program with Mikey Robins and Jen Oldershaw.

Pommy has developed a reputation as a live wire stand-up comdeian via extensive touring. His singing and guitar-playing goes off the deep end. His parodies include Bob Dylan, Kurt Cobain, The Who plus many more celebrities that need a good shake-up. You'll be falling on the ground with his fast-pace, laugh-a-minute antics from corporate to full-on comedy.

DAVID KAFFEY

Prior to his arrival in Australia, Dave spent 3 years working for BBC TV on the Michael Parkinson Show. During that time, Dave won The International Golden Hands Award and had 2 books of poetry published. He was subsequently nominated for The Premier's Literary Awards in 1987. Dave is also a regular "drive-time" radio presenter on Melbourne Southern FM.
